BetPKE Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BetPKE ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the BetPKE platform — whether through our website, mobile browser, or any application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use BetPKE services. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. BetPKE recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use BetPKE, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetPKE does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the holder of a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP, or be able to provide equivalent identification documents accepted by BetPKE's verification team.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only. BetPKE accounts created on behalf of third parties or for commercial arbitrage purposes are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with BetPKE or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme that covers BetPKE.
• You must be accessing BetPKE from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited at the time of your use.

BetPKE reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one BetPKE account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. BetPKE uses automated and manual verification to detect duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to keep your registration information up to date and to notify BetPKE support promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPKE login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. BetPKE will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that was enabled by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

BetPKE operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be requested at any other point at BetPKE's discretion.

The standard documents required for BetPKE verification are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) or valid passport.
• Proof of Mobile Number: Confirmation that the mobile number registered on your BetPKE account is registered in your name with your network provider.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank account used for deposits is in your name.

BetPKE will process verification documents within 24 hours on business days. Until verification is complete, withdrawals will be held pending. BetPKE reserves the right to request additional documentation if the standard set does not conclusively establish identity or ownership of payment methods.

5. Deposits and Payments

BetPKE accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All deposited funds are held in your BetPKE account balance in PKR. BetPKE does not apply any conversion fees, handling charges, or processing fees on deposits made via any of the above methods. Any charges applied by your own payment provider are outside BetPKE's control and will not be refunded.

Deposits made to BetPKE must come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, BetPKE reserves the right to hold or return the funds and request clarification before the account is unfrozen.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified BetPKE accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to a payment method confirmed as belonging to the player during KYC. BetPKE does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. BetPKE charges no withdrawal fees. Average processing time for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals from verified accounts is under four minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2–4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

BetPKE may delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed identity verification.
• The withdrawal is flagged by BetPKE's automated fraud detection system for manual review.
• The account has an open responsible gaming restriction that includes withdrawal holds.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements.
• BetPKE has reason to believe that the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, match fixing, or abuse of the platform.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on BetPKE are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. These rules are displayed in the information panel of each game and in the betting markets for each sport or event. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game or market only.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the BetPKE system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. BetPKE reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error or technical fault.
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled or abandoned and could not be replayed within a timeframe that preserves the validity of pre-event markets.
• Evidence exists that the result of the event was manipulated in a way that gave the player an unfair advantage at the time of betting.
• The bet relates to a market that was inadvertently made available in error and where the true intended market conditions were materially different.

For virtual sports at BetPKE, all results are determined by a certified RNG before the betting window opens. Results cannot be influenced after bets are placed. Void bets in virtual sports are limited to genuine technical failures that prevent a result from being generated, and are rare under normal operating conditions.

BetPKE sets maximum stake and maximum payout limits per event and per account. These limits vary by sport, game type, and account history. BetPKE reserves the right to reduce stake limits for individual accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected, without being required to give advance notice.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

BetPKE offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all BetPKE bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your BetPKE balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Standard wagering requirement for BetPKE bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• BetPKE reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and begun fulfilling its requirements at the time of withdrawal will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusive play, multi-accounting, or other artificial means will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPKE. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one BetPKE account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a BetPKE account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures through calculated arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent.
• Cheating in live games: Using software tools, bots, or human collusion to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, crash games, or multiplayer poker formats at BetPKE.
• Match fixing: Betting on any event in which you have knowledge of, or have participated in, the manipulation of the result.
• Money laundering: Using BetPKE's payment infrastructure as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing account access: Allowing any other individual to access or use your BetPKE account, including sharing login credentials with family members.

BetPKE actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity using automated systems and manual review. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged should contact support to initiate a formal review.

10. Responsible Gaming

BetPKE is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. As part of this commitment, BetPKE makes the following player protection tools available to every registered player, accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited to your BetPKE account.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications during play sessions at intervals chosen by the player.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which betting is suspended but balance and withdrawal access is maintained.
• Self-Exclusion: Account exclusion from 6 months to permanent. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires, regardless of circumstances.

Where a self-exclusion is active, BetPKE will not send the affected account any promotional communications. If you attempt to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period, BetPKE will close the new account immediately and refer you to our responsible gaming resources. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the BetPKE platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data — is the intellectual property of BetPKE or its licensed content providers. No part of the BetPKE platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from BetPKE.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BetPKE platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to the player and may be revoked at any time if these Terms are breached.

Any third-party game providers whose titles are available on BetPKE retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. BetPKE operates these games under licence agreements that do not extend intellectual property rights to players.

12. Limitation of Liability

BetPKE provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPKE's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's verified BetPKE account at the time of any claim.

BetPKE is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or missed betting opportunities caused by platform downtime, connectivity failures, or technical faults.
• Actions taken by payment providers that affect deposit or withdrawal timing outside of BetPKE's direct control.
• Any third-party content, services, or systems accessed through BetPKE.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses claimed by a player in connection with their use of BetPKE.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

BetPKE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise prohibited activity on the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a BetPKE deposit transaction.
• A regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority that requires account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BetPKE will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation within 14 days and communicate the outcome to the player. Where an account is found to have been involved in fraudulent activity, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at BetPKE's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their BetPKE account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method, provided the balance comprises entirely real-money funds with no pending wagering requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

BetPKE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or platform functionality — BetPKE will provide notice to registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of BetPKE after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they should close their account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

BetPKE also reserves the right to update individual game rules, bonus terms, payment method terms, and responsible gaming policies independently of these general Terms. Such updates will be communicated through the relevant sections of the BetPKE platform.
